FLAVOUR, DECADENCE, WOW are all words that have been used to describe the Peter Rowland Wagyu beef slider.
First we brine our Wagyu for days (we lost count), then we slow cook (more hours) only then is it ready to be served up on our freshly baked milk buns.
Then we have to slice the provolone, pickle the zucchini to go alongside the lettuce, tomato and spiced mayo.
Talk about a labour of love! But after one bite you'll agree that its worth it.
